Hi Jennifer, This is Paul Heaps and I am sorry to hear you were not happy with us in this real estate transaction. If I have things correct, this review was posted by you on Sunday May 9th, 2021 regarding a transaction that closed approximately 8 years earlier in 2013. I feel bad that you thought there was inappropriate behavior by us in this transaction but I can promise you that we had the best intentions. However, please understand that what you are describing is the very essence of multiple-offer situations. Two different buyers make an offer on a property at the same time and then they continue to compete against each other and bid up their offers until the seller selects one. It's too bad we didn't discuss this 8 years ago when this happened and the details were fresh. Maybe we could have talked it through and at least given you some peace of mind and I'm sure I could have learned some things on how to handle the situation better in the future. Good luck with your future real estate transactions.
