Just to clarify: Tenants signed lease and afterwards were approved for a different apartment and wanted to terminate lease. Landlord was gracious to allow tenants to terminate the lease and signed lease termination but did not sign that security would be returned. Tenants also said they would find replacement tenants but did not keep their word on that either.
