    Hands down the worst experience. They don't communicate with you, and when they do they wait till the last minute to let you know something. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this company unless your just ready to be screwed over.

    Hey Ginnie - I'd like to personally apologize for a poor experience with our team. I want you to know that I take any and all bad reviews or feedback very seriously. I've spoke to your agent, Megan, and pulled up your file in our system to do some extensive research. I never want to downplay an issue or give excuses, but I am a little confused by this review though, if I'm being honest. Because 2 days ago, you thanked Megan for all of her help via text and email and didn't mention anything about not being happy about her services. Megan mentioned to me that you had voiced some frustration due to a delay that stemmed from the appraiser's timeline to get to the home, as well as a delay in getting docs to your mom's lender by the date they needed them. While delays are very frustrating for everyone involved, especially your mom, who was purchasing the home, we communicated with you in a very timely manner as soon as we found out about any delay. While your mom was under contract, there were over 15 phone conversations and many, many text/email conversations. We pride ourselves in "over-communicating" to our clients. If this review should have been directed to another party to the closing, I'd kindly request you delete it or alter it to only review your experience with Megan, Karlie & OwnThe405.
