I am so sorry that you had a bad experience and felt that I was a part of it. I try to explain to the buyers that I work with the importance of being pre-qualified by a lender before you are able to put an offer in on a home to avoid the frustration and disappointment of missing out on an opportunity due to being unprepared. Since you were unable and failed to provide proof of funding, I was unable to submit your offer.
