Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. Upon looking at our records, our client chose another offer that was written on their home. Your offer was missing several items when it was submitted and efforts were made to obtain them from your lender and realtor. While trying to obtain everything from your professional team, another offer came in that had better terms. Since it is up to the seller to select the offer to accept, they chose another offer with better terms, a completed contract with no blanks, all addenda signed and proof of funds. We are sorry this home didn't work out for you.
