Good afternoon Yunisier, I apologize for the situation. My sellers had a specific profit margin in mind, and unfortunately, the offer you provided did not align with their expectations. Despite my best efforts to negotiate with your buyer's agent regarding the seller credit, they couldn't agree to the numbers proposed. I genuinely wanted to help both you and my sellers come to a mutually beneficial agreement, and I'm truly sorry for any disappointment this may have caused. I would have absolutely loved for your family to move into the property at 26116 SW 136 Ct. The property is still available, though please note that a very large credit may not be possible, as my sellers are not comfortable with that amount. The sellers did not agree to the proposed 3% seller credit. I'm open to finding a middle ground that works for both the sellers and you, so we can reach an agreement that feels fair for everyone.
