We are disappointed by your negative review; especially given the significant challenges we encountered during your lease. While we delayed responding to allow you time to fulfill your legal obligations, it’s now clear that they remain unmet. You terminated your lease seven months early without proper notice, left a large financial balance unpaid to our landlords, and publicly shared private details about the property owners. These actions not only violated the terms of your agreement but also caused unnecessary difficulties. Despite our efforts to offer a reasonable payment plan and resolve matters amicably, your lack of communication and follow-through has been disheartening.
