I’m sorry to hear that you're upset with how things unfolded. As the listing agent representing the seller, I worked diligently and professionally to facilitate communication and negotiate in good faith on their behalf. Throughout the process, multiple offers and counteroffers were exchanged, including discussions about inspection items and potential price adjustments. While verbal confirmations may have been shared during negotiations, only fully signed and executed contracts are binding in real estate. Unfortunately, no final agreement was reached. It’s important to clarify that it was your decision to terminate the contract after the seller had agreed to your last proposal. The termination email you referenced simply acknowledged your decision to walk away from the deal. I understand how stressful and emotional real estate transactions can be, especially when expectations don’t align. I wish you the best in finding a home that better fits your needs
