We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in IN 47250Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsSpoke with Angela today about a viewing. She was very confrontational in regards to "sales commission". Based on our conversation I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with this agent.Response from Angela Embs on 6/12/2019
I spoke with z jones05 as he was talking he mention he had viewed the home before and wanted to look at it again because of some changes. I asked if he been pre-approved (he told me what was going on) I asked him when he wanted to look at the home. He said ASAP. I asked him if he had been working with an agent. He said he had worked with several different agents looked at several different houses and he did not want to be tied down to just one agent because he did not like that a couple of them would not show him a home when he wanted to view it. I said I be happy to help but it could cause conflict down the road with commission if the process went that far. He then said " Thats the agents problem not mine". Before I could say anything else he said that with my attitude he did not want me showing him anything have a good day and hung up. So I think it was best we did not go any further. Best of luck to him hope he finds a home.
