Melinda, thank you so much for the kind words. I feel so bad for buyers in this crazy sellers market but you and Patrick were troopers and hid your stress well. I hope next time we do this, it won't be nearly so stressful. I would do anything for my teachers and military personnel so I was determined to get a contract accepted.
