These statements are not factual. You were over an hour late AND I did not throw anything at you. You did not call, text, or email about your extra tardiness. I waited an entire hour until our appointment window had ended and then I locked everything back up. I could not allow myself to be late for my following appointments. I was actually very concerned you had gotten into an accident. You happened to arrive just as I was pulling out of the driveway. Since you had missed your appointment, I wanted to share the information I had prepared for you and I passed it to you through your car window. It went from my hand to your hand. I even took the time to explain the contents. While I was waiting for you, I made several phone call attempts. Right before you arrived, I left you a voicemail offering to set up another appointment for a tour. Again, before I departed the property, I asked you to give me a call so we could reschedule. I did not hear back from you until you sent me a very ugly email two days later. You made some off the wall comments and insults and then you proceeded to threaten me with your husband and said how he should have 'giving me a cussing of a lifetime' and 'the ringing in your ears would have drowned out the crowds at Dollywood the next day'. What kind of woman threatens another woman with her husband?? After your insults and threats, you demanded I schedule another appointment for you. Unfortunately, at that point, I was not comfortable moving forward with you and I responded with a very respectful email. You followed that up with another insulting email to me, which made no sense and I did not respond. You are the very first person that has made these complaints about me. You can see from my previous reviews that is not my character and I do not behave in the way you have portrayed me. My current and past clients would testify to my disposition. I'm certain there will be more reviews after yours that will validate my professionalism. I don't believe the fault lies with me.
