    Here, we DID make 3 errors;1.a drainage hookup was done incorrectly, 2.a cable was cut by a shovel and 3.we elected to work with this client in the first place.Rather than trust our followup, she was always angry, even after $3K+ in free labor/material to placate many requests.Rather than rehash it,I combed 140+ emails to quote the client:“Wow…that looks great!…working really hard. Everything is…great…(Crew) are fantastic...patio looks really nice..(We) are very pleased with how everything turned out...thank you for doing such a great job...appreciate your…customer service...you have promptly responded and addressed each and every question in a professional manner…attempted to resolve every concern and situation as quickly as possible.” Questions?
