Hi Martha/Bob, I did reply to you but I realized I didn't send. I owe you a big apology, I did not purposely stand you up. I actually developed a sudden sciatica back problem that was unbelievably painful and practically prevented me from walking. Nothing was on my mind except to have the pain alleviated, I totally forgot about our appointment and was not even responding to my calls. You were not the only one to complain during this past week, rightfully so. As you can see from my previous reviews this is not a norm from me. I mean well in your case I did not do well.
