Thank you! Update: I unfortunately have not heard back from the person who left this review. I want to clarify that I have sold properties in all price ranges, including land, and have never dismissed a customer or client for wanting to build. This makes absolutely no sense to me, and it is not in my character to treat someone in such a way. I take honesty and professionalism very seriously. I would ask those reading this to read my other reviews, some of which are quite detailed and pertinent to the experience I provide to those I have worked with. I have assisted many buyers in identifying land to build on as well as pledge guidance through the building process. This can be attested by the past sales history of properties I have sold.
