I took on this property to manage after owner of property could no longer deal with this tenant. I cannot speak of what happened before I started managing the property, but I can say that these statements are not accurate, and grossly exaggerated. Statements about the home not being up to Ann Arbor code are also inaccurate, and if it was true, the rental would have been posted, which it was not. I did not misrepresent or lie to the tenant in any way regarding housing codes. I find it unfortunate this previous tenant decided to leave such a review, especially considering the amount of time and effort put into this situation to try to work with this tenant, who ultimately was offered the opportunity to move.
