    Kimerbly the property representative promised a refund of the application fee if it didnt work out. Not a huge amount of money, only 25$ but it shows that she is not honest and you cant trust her. The house also is not in the condition of the asking ...

    Chelsie submitted an application and asked if the property did not get approved by the housing authority could she get her $25 application fee back. Here is the exact text line: Chelsie: Yes I get off at 3 pm. Does 330 work for you? Kim: Yes- I'll see you there. Please bring your application fee with you or you can Venmo it. Chelsie: Is this fee refundable if the housing authority doesn't approve the property? Sun, Nov 18, 5:05 pm Kim: Yes. Chelsie: Ok. Thank you I will see you then. Later she found out she would not be able to move for more than a month from the housing authority so she never submitted the house for inspection and changed her mind but processing had already begun. Fee was set forth in application she submitted.
