This review is mean +very misleading. I am a tough negotiator. I won the house for this buyer in a bidding war. Not only that, I found her a special financing program that gave her a below market interest rate. It is a lovely, very special house and it has appreciated $75,000 AT LEAST in 5 years. It has been an exceptional investment! 2nd Point: I would NEVER, EVER share a client's email or make a complaint against a client online. Some people do not treat real estate agents well. Mean, callous people are the exception. I don't waste any time or effort on them. On the plus side, I meet so many kind, thoughtful, wonderful people. I got this buyer a wonderful house at a below market price. The fact that prices in the neighborhood have gone up so much, so fast, means that she got a great deal.
