In this instance, I had asked my assistant to show the property on my behalf, and I requested a copy of the photo ID for verification purposes to ensure security and proper arrangements. Unfortunately, when I made this request, the individual did not accept it and disconnected the call before we could discuss it further. I acknowledge that unforeseen issues may arise, which may impact our ability to be there on time, and I truly appreciate your understanding. As a Realtor, I always encourage open communication with my clients in case there are any delays or issues beyond our control. I have not had the opportunity to meet this individual personally, nor did I offer any services other than facilitating this appointment.
