Response from Will Troxler on 9/13/2016

spulliam2006 called requesting more information on a foreclosed property. I informed him that the property already had multiple offers and the seller had already requested highest and best offers be submitted earlier that morning. I told spulliam2006 I would only call him back if the seller's agent informed me that an additional offers would be reviewed if submitted after the deadline. After ending the call with spulliam2006, I text and left a message for the listing agent to see if additonal offers would be reviewed. I did not receive communication back from the listing agent until the following morning stating that the seller had accepted an offer on the property. I did have another client who'd submitted a cash offer on the property and they were not the accepted bid. As previously mentioned, I told him I would only call back if additonal offers would be accepted.
