You selected the attorney. The appraisal was fine. The home was new construction and all issues were re mediated in a day. At that point you disappeared. I have 29 emails I sent you with the termination form attached asking you to sign so I could get your money back to you. I called you for 12 days (more than once a day). I sent you a certified letter with the form for you to sign to get your money back. The post office tried to get you to accept 4 times, you refused, so it was returned to me. I checked the newspapers and even obituaries concerned if something had happened to you. The lender tried calling daily as did the attorney you selected. You took no calls. We cannot help you if you will not communicate. This is the first I have heard from you in 6 months. You chose not to get your money back.
