I would like to know your name, the address of the home you are referring to, and the reason why you are posting this review three years after you purchased the home. I have never rushed a client through the home-buying process or heard any complaints about services I have recommended. In addition, I have never received a bonus from a seller, although it is quite common for sellers to offer them to agents as an extra incentive to sell their property. In fact, the only time I sold a property where there was a bonus offered, I voluntarily gave up the bonus so my client could get a reduced sale price on the property.
