She is also extremely inconsiderate. She proposed a date and time for us to view a property and required us to complete the rental application. Our policy is to require completed applications to view an occupied property so while this prospect completed a portion of the process, someone else was faster in completing their paperwork to view and lease the home. In a brisk rental market, prospects who do not follow instructions or have the necessary information at hand to provide application paperwork are often disappointed. LandlordWhisperer
