Looking back through our transaction from over 6 months ago things were going great, all smiles @ the closing table, so not sure what went wrong & nor did you give us any indications you were unhappy. As far as a site showing your home is now worth $200K more than when your home sold/closed 6 months ago, that is something no one can foresee or predict. Today's current Zestimate of your home is a little slightly more than what you sold for over 6 months ago. Our records indicate your home had a significant number of showings starting 5 days after list date, an offer within 6 weeks & another pending within 9 weeks that resulted in the sale of your home with this offer negotiated & that you choose to accept. Our records also show a massive amount of communication between you, myself & my team member via text, emails, phone calls on an almost everyday basis from the beginning to the end of the transaction. We are sorry if you feel those were not sufficient, as everyone is unique and requires different levels of assistance. If you would like to discuss with me further regarding your home sale that closed over 6 months ago, please feel free to get in touch and we apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations.
