WhateverMan363 signed up for a 12 month lease. WhateverMan363 asked to terminate his lease a few months later because they bought. Landlord asked WhateverMan363 to pay rent until we re-rented. We re- rented out the home with-in 30 days of their notice to terminate. WhateverMan363 did not fulfill his obligations of the lease he signed.

Please note the above review is a potential tenant upset they where not approved to renting a home . We went through the proper steps running backgrounds and and verifying income/ rental history. There are a few reason why this applicant was not approved but I cannot share on a public forum.
