This person cold called me without seeing any of my listings. To keep us both from wasting our time running around looking at properties that may not fit his criteria I suggested that he first review the listings that I have available because I take a lot of pictures, usually around 50-60 for each listing. I told him if you like what you see give me a ring back and I will set up an appointment with you. He called back about an hour later and we set an appointment for later that same day. As for the rest of what this person is claiming I did, this is an outright lie and this is exactly what this individual did to me. Yes I did tell him to get off my property but only after he became very confrontational with me after discussing what it takes to qualify for the rental. He proceeded to cal me names I can't type here and through my rental application back at me. This person even did a U-turn a half block down just to come back up the dead end street to tell me off some more.

I have four questions that I ask EVERYONE before taking an appointment to be sure the property is a good fit for them. You would be surprised at the number of people after having a short conversation about the property realize that it isn't a good fit for them and move on saving us both wasted time. Now in the case of this person she called demanding that I show her the property and when asking my usual four questions she became very confrontational and demanded again that I show her the property. However she has a pet and we do not accept pets at the property in question and considering her lack of willingness to answer a few simple screening questions made me unconformable, so I refused her appointment.
