Thanks for your recommendation, Abe. And for your feedback. In the end, the pricing decision is always the client's to make. All I can do is provide guidance, based on experience and current market stats. But real estate pricing is very often based on emotion, financial issues, and other unknowable forces. In the end, we offer our best assessment of a situation but it's not a crystal ball. There are always outliers and I'm glad you were one of them!
