This is a perfect example of you cant make everyone happy! I listed one of his five condo's and put five under contract! I contacted over 30 different lenders (this is a buyers rep job) and no lender would finance these condos. Region's said they could so he moved out paying tenants and took off tax freeze. One week before closing Region's said they couldn't finance these condo's. I now have one under contract and is an all CASH buyer! I believe all of my other reviews speak loud about the service I provide to my sellers and buyer's!
