This individual inquired about a property that was not my listing and indicated they were already working with a realtor. I politely advised that since they were working with a realtor, they needed to direct their questions to their chosen agent. They continued to question me, and I politely let them know again that they needed to direct their questions to their agent since they were working with a realtor. They seemed pushy and urgent and did not want to listen to the advice I provided, as clear as I was. I am always willing to help when I can, but I am ethical about crossing boundaries with other agents' clients. I disagree with the rating review they provided. They did not talk with me about knowledge, the process, or negotiations since they indicated they had an agent. As far as my responsiveness, it was immediate. I think, looking back, that they may really be angry that they could not get ahold of their agent, felt desperate and upset that I was not able to help them in that situation, and chose to leave negative feedback. This is the first negative review I have received ever in 10 years. It is a very disappointing and inaccurate review. :( I assure you I am among the fastest to respond, and outside of this review, I have had over a decade of wonderful relationships and successful transactions with hundreds of satisfied clients. I take great honor in helping clients I work with and take feedback to heart. I hope you can see that one false negative review does not reflect accurately on the agent or person that I am. Myself and my team will not leave you looking for another agent to answer your questions or get a showing scheduled, should you choose to work with me and my team. I am hoping that Zillow follows through and removes this false review.
