Hi Peter. Wow, my first bad review! I'll take it as constructive criticism. I'm not sure what prompted you to write a review over a year after we last met, but I'm sorry you were not happy with my service. This house was a bit of a fixer, as I pointed out, and you were looking with a budget in mind that was hard to find in Folsom. I'm sorry we couldn't find anything better for the price. The seller went through two more agents after me to finally sell it. Some transactions are smooth and easy, some others have many issues. This was the latter, and I'm sorry you had to experience the difficulty! I'm especially sorry if you felt I was "hostile," I thought I was extremely fair and nice with you. I hope you have successfully found your home and I wish you the best!
