We voluntarily terminated our management agreement with this owner two months before his review posted here. We facilitated all required repairs as requested and all routine maintenance. All supported by repair invoices, countless emails and work orders. Every time something would break the owners would blame the tenant and took no responsibility for deferred maintenance of thier property. We have volumes of documented emails, correspondence and repair invoices with the owners over the course of our management agreement. We charged the tenant for all damages attributed to her tenancy and made those repairs for the owner after our agreement with them had expired. I forwarded all remaining funds due the owner within the guidelines set by the Florida Landlord Tenant act. I would accept responsibility for a bad review if it were accurate or factual. His review of our company and service is neither.
