I am sorry to read on here that you were unhappy with my services. The home inspection did show the leveling issues and we negotiated a massive price reduction for that reason. It should be more than enough to address the issues. We were all aware the home is a trailer not on a permanent foundation. We also negotiated an interest rate and seller financing terms much better than I've ever seen through a bank or individual. I was under the impression you were happy, and I do hope you can make the house exactly what you want and have many happy years there with your family. I'm sorry I did not meet your expectations as your Broker. I love my job and sincerely strive to always do the best.
