I am very sorry you feel that way. However, it is impossible for me to know what has happened in a certain property that I am just showing. Not even a title search will show it. Furthermore, I don't know who you are and I still don't know what property are you talking about. Finally, it is illegal in my state for a real estate agent to disclose an event like this unless the owner gives you an authorization. It is not an issue that affects the value of a property. It is an issue that influence buyer's perception of the property.
