    Hi Julia, I apologize as we don't have you down as a former renter. However, on behalf of The Source Property Management I wanted to make sure to address your concerns. Our move out protocol as far as charges etc. are standard to that in the market and we do our best to ensure fairness if anything needs to be taken from the deposit. Our maintenance crew either schedules directly with our tenants or we coordinate the best time frames for items to get taken care of. We are able to be reached via e-mail, text message and phone call and do our best to respond to any correspondence within 24 hours at the very most, we apologize if you don't feel that you received this kind of service.
