Thank you so much for your review Patrick, it's unfortunate that you couldn't return the property in the same condition as you found it. Home owners appreciate for their home to be taken care of, while a tenant occupies it. Basic cleaning, lawn maintenance and replacement of burned light bulbs is standard. I will take a 1 star review everyday, all day to hold a tenant accountable. Best of wishes my friend. Pictures of the condition you left the home are available upon requests.
