    Ms Tucker, it is unfortunate my clients and you were unable to see eye to eye, and I wish that was not the case. I do have an obligation to solely represent my clients, Robert and Mary Martinez, 100% as their fiduciary, while treating others fairly. I am at a loss on how your criticism in your review applied to me, since I have never met or spoken with you, nor have I represented you; however, I would encourage you to read my client’s review about this transaction. Regarding the termination, I received a Notice of Termination on Friday, 8/23 at 6:07 PM. I responded at 8:08 PM, and delivered it to my client. The next morning, Saturday, 8/24, at 7:39 AM, your Agent delivered an email stating “They woke up this morning after thinking about it and would really like to make this work. Is there anything that your sellers can do to help? Maybe in the middle?” My clients agreed to come to the middle, and I informed your Agent. Unfortunately, she came back with a different offer that my client would not accept. Later that afternoon, I received an email to go ahead and terminate, and I informed my clients. On Monday, 8/26 at 9:47 AM, I received a text from your Agent stating, “ I’m sorry to keep going back-and-forth, but my clients have a final offer for you.” Unfortunately, your offer did not work for my clients, and at 3:49 PM on Monday, your Agent notified me to send the release. The release was signed by all parties and delivered to title the next morning at 8:56 AM. I do want to mention that your Agent was a very sweet lady, and I empathized with her struggles. I wish you all the best.
