It has been my pleasure for 29+ years to represent over 600 Concord home owners. I understand that selling a home can be a stressful experience when dealing with such a big financial asset. Also, I understand that not all agent-client relationships are a good fit. So, I share with my client that if they are not happy about anything (up until they accept an offer), they have the right to a “no fault” cancellation of our agreement. I represented this person in the same manner as my 600+ previous clients. This seller could have voiced his concerns to me at any point during the process but did not and I represented him through a successful closing of his home.
