Neil & Robin: It all started with a vague email, and now we're here. LOL! Where do I start with you two? I cant say I've ever put a deal together like this one, but not because of anyhing out of the ordinary related to the sale, but rather in the fashion you two did it. Not too many people would board a plane to Tampa, FL from PA and come to Sarasota for one night before heading back to Tampa the same night in order to board a cruise ship that departed the next morning. I remember the call I received the day you two returned back to land from the cruise. "Kyle, we would like to make an offer." You were both in an airport trying to catch a flight back home to PA. In the short time you were enjoying your vacation, there were multiple offers on the home, and your response to that was priceless, "Kyle, we will call you when we land. If its meant to be it'll happen." Well, it happened! This is definitely one story for the books, and I must say, I like your style! #5starClient
