David is right. I could not write up an offer for him under the circumstances he proposed and I had to stop working with him. He's a nice guy and very smart, but he may have gotten some bad advice from someone who told him that an agent has to write up any offer at any terms, at any time. This is not the case. I spent those same multiple days trying to explain this to him, sending a dozen texts and emails, explaining how his idea was outside the standard of care and guidelines we are bound to uphold as licensed agents. We have a sworn duty to be honest and forthright with out clients, doing our best to avoid ethical conflict. I even sent him a copy of the code in our By Laws that explains this. I take great pride in being a trusted expert in what I do. Read any of my 138 other honest reviews and decide for yourself. Ironically, David thanked me several times for my market knowledge, insights and expertise. Still, I have no hard feelings towards him. I tried my best to help and guide him. Unfortunately, I did not succeed, so zero stars for me on that.
