Showed home in 2014 in NC 28752.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsRealator was pushy and overbearing. When problems arose he did not communicate as our advocate. Sent very rude emails after we backed out of buying a home with him. Would not recommend. Very disrespectful along with his business associate.

It is unfortunate when a potential home purchase falls to pieces. I can only say that I have always treated my clients with respect and professionalism and I have always advocated strongly for my clients. Negotiating is one of my strengths. Obviously, this individual is upset that the cards didn't fall in her favor. I hope that one day she succeeds in purchasing her first home and has learned from this experience.
