    Sadly, after some time, I figured out who this review was from (as the name above was not the persons real name.) This was one of those experiences for me that hurts personally. This client was a repeat client I had worked very hard for. She is definitely a buyer who does her diligince. She has hired multiple realtors in the past but once she met me she expressed I was her girl and the only person she trusted. We had a great relationship and I worked tirelessly for her. Regarding the home she purchased, she brought an "as-is" back-up offer on a super hott property she was interested in (she initially lost the bidding war). She desperately wanted this house. It fell through with the previous buyer due to inspections and the inspection report was disclosed to her. We have texts regarding properties where I always recommended inspections. She still had her right to an inspection and she signed the form "Know the importance of a Home Inspection." Althrough her offer said she would take the house "as-is" we were able to get nearly $5,000 in repairs for the buyer taken care of before closing as well as the house for less than she was willing to spend. She had expressed multiple times how happy she was. After the sale we had over 100+ texts in addition to phone calls within 30 days of the sale. In October I had an incoming facetime call from this client while celebrating my daughters birthday, we were away. She asked me to video her as soon as I can but I was not in a position to do so and sent that in a text. I had no idea it was of any importance as I never heard from her again until she surpisingly filed a complaint against me with the state. An invesitgation was done on myself and the other office and we were found NOT guilty. I have over hundreds and hundreds of texts with this client where she expressed how much she loved me and would even said if she had a daughter she would want her to be like me. Between helping her sell a house and buy a house I had worked for her for over a year. She would message me as early as 6am. She always expressed to me "family first" I had always jumped for her as she was one of my clients with high expectations and demands. She often just sent me random videos, pictures of her pets, or quotes I had no idea that when she was facetiming me on my daughters birthday it was of importance. That one time of not calling her back has lead to her filing complaints against me and leaving this terrible review. Yet she was a client who seemed exceptionally happy for the entire length we worked together. I can't go back to that day and undo it. It was a harmless mistake. We went from having a great relationship.. the day before she was sending me videos of her painting ceilings and she was sharing with me updates, she even said "miss you" and I thought everything was ok. I do my best to care and go above and beyond and have learned even my best sometimes is not good enough. I am disappointed this client was unhappy at the very end but I do wish her and her kids (pets) the very best.
