i sold this house for full price in very little days. This gentlemen was great at first, then kept calling late in evening with strange conversations, he didn't seem to understand the process of how real estate transactions work. he had a crack in his sewer tank and he was mad at me about the process the buyer did and the buyer requested a new tank. Mr. Post said there was no cracks yet what picture he sent to me had a crack in it He would continue to call after 9 pm....with strange phone call texts...he wouldn't follow the instructions i would give him. he wouldn't give me an answer to give to other realtor about the trr to replace the tank wouldn't give me any answers on when it would get done. He just kept saying how stupid i am and how stupid Oklahoma is and its a third world country and how everyone in Claremore is stupid and we work slow.....This was a referral from a friend....that was very satisfied with my service. Again i am a professional agent and do a great job for clients. This particular client was horrible to work with and i only finished because it was a referral from a friend. He forgot to say that i discounted my commission for him....so i am not really all about the money! I mean I have 5 stars from every person so i sure would take this with a grain of salt. Not sure what was the reason to keep texting late in evening. He seem to be totally different in the evenings. It was like pulling teeth to get any answers to give the buyers agent.....He kept telling me i didn't need that.......it was the worst transaction i have had in 10 years.

This client also didn't get an inspection when he bought this house.....and kept trying to blame the selling agent over and over....and he also had another realtor before me and said how terrible she was also....so i don't believe you could have made him happy at all.
