This was a very special property, a home located in the Historic District of the Old West Side of Ann Arbor. It had just about everything going for it, however the challenge in selling it was the relatively small size of 1200 sq ft. and the sale price, which is now a record high for the neighborhood. My clients were gone most of the time so I made sure to go there every day to check on the home and make sure it showed it's very best at all times. It paid off, and is now SOLD, and a very happy couple has bought the home and just moved in, and the Sellers, Rick and Darrell are happily on their way to live in their new home and enjoy their retirement. I am very glad to say it was a Win-win for everyone!
