Michelle, I am sorry you feel I abandoned you as this was never my intent. I did have to reschedule twice due to weather but as you know we talked at length about your situation. I do tend to go to great lengths to solve my clients situations however there are some that are completely out of my control. I felt that I had expressed this on our last call and I am completely unaware that you had reached out to me again as I would never avoid your call.
