Thanks for the review, Norman. This has been a bit of a long, and a bit difficult journey, to get you in your home. We are almost there. When you used the suggested lender, he was able to navigate you through this with very positive results. This is also a difficult market to negotiate contracts, it's not very easy to get offers accepted in such a seller's market but we were able to get it done. It has been a pleasure getting to know you.
