It is with respect to Ms. Guzman's financial privacy that I can not truly respond to her comments. I wish things could have ended with a positive outcome, but I can only work within the parameters that I am given. I apologize if I was unable to communicate in an efficient way, but I can honestly say that I tried in many different ways to explain the obstacles that we were up against. I wish her luck and success with her search for a home in the future.
