Tom F. Beard -- has been inspecting homes since 1987.  He has been a licensed general contractor with the City of Wichita for 35 years.  He is ASHI certified.  He is a founding member of the Kansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors.  He is an EPA and HEHA and Kansas certified RADON GAS testing technician.  He is registered member of the Kansas Home Inspectors Registration Board #0110-0006.
