If I could submit a picture showing our text message conversation, I would do so. You saw this unit on June 9th which has not been a month. I've talked to you every few days providing you an update, explaining the situation and delays, and ultimately explaining that your application was not approved for this particular unit. Kelsey, I appreciate your review and I’m sorry you had a bad experience. With the pandemic that’s taken place we were not prepared.
