This out of state buyer did in fact purchase a wonderful property. Their previous relationship with the seller's agent and continuous communication made it awkward to say the least to get them to the closing table. That old saying you cant play both sides of the fence is very true today. The septic failed and the plans to install a new system were made with only the normal additional efforts that must be done at the pace the state and contractors move. Especially at the beginning of COVID. The inspection and repairs if any all handled for the buyer while living in Baltimore never setting foot on the property. This property was located in very remote area of the state. The seller was very attached and her agent was threatening the whole time with a later and higher offer. This transaction tested my professionalism and I am proud to say I got this one done.
