I have been a landlord for almost 25 years and have a number of rental properties and have had over 40 tenants. This is the first negative review that I have ever received. In fact, my tenants and subcontractors often comment that I am the most responsive landlord they have ever met. Over the past 25 years I have developed and still maintain positive relationships with my current and former tenants and would be happy to provide excellent references from them.
