Our multiple other ratings are not biased as we take very good care of our properties including all repairs, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal and softener salt. I know you are frustrated for getting evicted due to moving in another adult without obtaining a background check and once obtained, failing the background check for drugs but lying about a highly recommended company is very immature. We do not allow tenants to live there that cannot pass a background check for the safety of our other tenants, especially someone who has a continuous past of drug and alcohol problems. The only "antique" was the dishwasher, that you didn't tell us was leaking and cost $1500 in damages after you moved out. The A/C unit did go out, which is located on the roof and we fixed it asap. We prefer our tenants NOT fix anything on their own as most people are not experienced. I am so sorry you feel the way you do and hope you find a more suited place to live.
